Best time to visit

This completely depends on your tastes, preferences and most importantly – the weather. If you want to follow the crowds, June-September is the time to go. This is the peak travel season and the hotel prices are likely to be on the higher side. However, if you are not a huge fan of the summer, avoid this period.

October to November is our recommended period to visit Shanghai. Not too cold, not too hot and fewer crowds. Another option would be going during April-May. Weather is at its prime at this time
